Golden Columbine - Aquilegia chrysantha

Water requirement: Drought tolerant, will live with winter rains but might need supplemental watering in the summer or it will die.

Plant description: This soft, delicate plant grows as a wildflower in the desert but can survive in the warmer parts of zone 5 and better. In dry areas like Arizona and Nevada, try to grow this plant near a northern or eastern exposure.
